Paying homage to where they grew up, SE-VIEW Group was founded by Will SIMONDS & Justin EVELEGH, who had a VISION of combining their skills to create something big.

Founded in December 2019, SE-View has been setup as a holding company to oversee the acquisition and development of many different projects and sites.  With our target demographic in mind, our approach is to focus both on transforming existing businesses and creating new spaces providing much-needed and out-of-the ordinary places for all to enjoy.

We are thrilled to announce that in July 2020 we successfully acquired our first site and project, The Old Fort in Seaview. We have already put our stamp on it, adding a whole new bar and restaurant space above the seaside pub, and won “Best Destination Pub” across Hampshire & The Isle of Wight at the Muddy Stiletto Awards.  We have some further exciting plans for the space, which we hope to roll out over the coming years and are looking at new sites to add to our growing portfolio.  Watch this space!
